Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Luxe Longevity website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Use of Services
Our services are intended for adults 18 years and older. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during intake and consultations and to follow your clinician's recommendations. Misrepresentation of health history may result in termination of care.
Clinical Care
All treatment decisions are made at the sole clinical discretion of the licensed nurse practitioner. Not every patient is a candidate for every therapy. Prescriptions, including peptides and weight-loss medications, are issued only when clinically appropriate.
Payments & Refunds
Consultation and service fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Medication and lab fees are billed separately by partner pharmacies and labs. Refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case; dispensed medications and completed consultations are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, branding, and protocols — is the property of Luxe Longevity and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Longevity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Use of the site does not create a clinician-patient relationship — see our Medical Disclaimer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Luxe Longevity is licensed to practice, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
