Licensure & Pharmacy Disclosures
Luxe Longevity is committed to lawful, ethical, and transparent telehealth care. Below is where Lauralyn, FNP-BC is independently licensed to practice and how our compounded therapies are sourced.
Telehealth State Licensure
Lauralyn holds an active, unencumbered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) license and prescriptive authority. Telehealth consultations and prescriptions can only be provided to patients physically located in a state where Lauralyn is licensed at the time of the visit.
Currently licensed in
- New York
If your state isn't listed, please contact us — Lauralyn periodically adds new state licenses, and we'll let you know as soon as care is available where you live.
You may verify any active nursing license through the Nursys national license lookup or your state board of nursing.
503A Compounding Pharmacy Partners
All compounded peptides, hormones, and weight-management medications prescribed through Luxe Longevity are dispensed by independent, U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies licensed in the patient's state of residence. 503A pharmacies prepare patient-specific prescriptions pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, in accordance with Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and applicable state pharmacy laws.
Our partner pharmacies are state-board licensed, USP <795> / <797> / <800> compliant where applicable, and source active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) only from FDA-registered suppliers with certificates of analysis (COAs) on file. Sterile injectable preparations are tested for potency, sterility, and endotoxin where required.
Important: Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. They are individually prepared for a specific patient based on a prescriber's clinical judgment when an FDA-approved alternative is not medically appropriate. Compounded products are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs.
Luxe Longevity does not own, operate, or receive ownership compensation from any compounding pharmacy. Pharmacy selection is based solely on licensure, quality standards, and the clinical needs of the patient. The specific dispensing pharmacy for your prescription will be disclosed to you in writing prior to fulfillment.
Patients may verify any compounding pharmacy's licensure through their state board of pharmacy or the NABP Compounding Pharmacy Accreditation directory.
Adverse Event Reporting
If you experience a suspected adverse reaction to a compounded medication, contact Lauralyn immediately and report the event to the FDA's MedWatch program at fda.gov/MedWatch or 1-800-FDA-1088.
